Dr. Whitlow has trained with some of the world's most prominent Dental Specialists.  He is a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.  Dr. Whitlow has been certified by the California State Board for administering Adult Oral Conscious Sedation and he is also a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
